- **Order Cancellation by VDN Bags**: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient stock, inability to authorize payment, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or if the item ordered is no longer available. If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

**Refund Policy**

- **Refunds for Canceled Orders**: If your order is canceled by VDN Bags or if you cancel your order before it has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

- **Refunds for Returned Items**: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item for a refund, please review our Return Policy for eligibility and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

- **Refund Processing Time**: Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7  business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.
